How the guides are written
We describe furniture by construction and feature rather than by brand or model. Measurements are given as typical ranges because they vary between products; the specification sheet for the item you are considering always comes first. Ratings in our comparison tables describe a type in general terms and are not test results for any product.
What we are not
We don't sell furniture, run a showroom or review individual products, and we don't take payment from manufacturers or retailers. There are no partner links on this site.
